Your information
Privacy policy
Effective September 13, 2026
Keryx (also called LaunchOps in parts of the service) helps you research products, create advertising, and manage campaigns. This policy covers keryxmarketing.com, our dashboard, and the services we operate. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to JustinRcahoon@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account and support information: your email, account and workspace identifiers, sign-in information, and messages you send us.
- Products and creative work: website and app-store links, public product information and images we research, content you provide, prompts and revision instructions, generated creative, and your selections and approvals.
- Campaign information: advertising account and app identifiers, campaign settings, budgets, destinations, provider responses, and performance information such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend, where available.
- Billing information: payment and transaction references, billing records, and payment-method display details such as card brand and last four digits. Stripe processes card details; Keryx does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Technical information: request and activity logs, IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, errors, and service performance. We use cookies and similar storage to maintain sign-in and support the dashboard.
How we use information
We use this information to operate your account, research the products you identify, generate and revise creative, carry out authorized campaign actions, display results, process payments, provide support, and protect and improve the service. Creating creative does not itself authorize publishing an ad or spending an advertising budget.
AI and service providers
Product context, selected images, creative instructions, and relevant campaign context may be sent to AI providers, including OpenAI, to research, generate, review, and improve creative or provide campaign recommendations. We retain generation records, which can include prompts, model responses, and source material, to save your work and investigate errors. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for these tasks.
We use service providers for hosting and storage (including Amazon Web Services), authentication, AI processing, payments (Stripe), and communications. They receive information needed to perform those services. When you authorize advertising or publishing, the selected platform receives the creative, destination, campaign settings, and other information needed to carry out that action. Published ads and their public advertiser identity may be visible to others.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud or abuse.
Google account and Google Ads data
When an authorized operator connects a Google account for advertising management, Keryx uses Google authorization credentials to access the permitted Google Ads accounts. This can include account identifiers and settings, account relationships, campaigns, ads, assets, budgets, status, and reporting metrics. We use and store this data to provide the advertising management, monitoring, and reporting features you request. A Keryx-managed campaign can use Keryx's authorized connection without requiring you to connect a personal Google account.
We do not request access to Gmail messages, personal Google Drive files, or Google contacts for these advertising features. We do not sell Google user data or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
You can revoke a connection you authorized through your Google Account connections or contact us for help removing stored connection data. Revoking access stops future access through that authorization; it does not automatically delete records already stored or stop ads already running at Google. Contact us or use the campaign's pause controls if you also want to stop a campaign.
Storage, security, and retention
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and managed storage and credential services to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Our service and providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
We retain account information and saved work to provide the service, and may retain transaction, approval, campaign, security, and audit records to resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Archiving a product is not deletion. Deleting a product does not delete your account or all related records: billing, approval, creative history, diagnostic, job, audit, and backup records can remain. Advertising platforms and payment providers retain their own records under their policies.
Your choices and requests
You can update product details and manage saved work in the dashboard. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to close your account, email JustinRcahoon@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to receive a copy of your information or object to or restrict its processing. We will review requests under applicable law and explain any information we need to retain.
Keryx is intended for people managing products and businesses, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will publish the updated version here with its effective date and provide additional notice when required.
